A special educational needs (SEN) school located in Tower Hamlets is looking for a Teaching Assistant to help their pupils prepare for the next stage of independence in their life. You will be working with students who may have autism or moderate learning difficulties. The school is highly focused on delivering outstanding pupil-focused teaching on an individual and broad level and you will be instrumental in letting each unique student reach their full potential. For this role we can pay up to £95 per day and after 12 weeks we will pay you the permanent equivalent for this job.
The school is seeking someone who: • May have professional or personal experience with autism or learning difficulties • Can differentiate between different care needs in the same classroom and support and manage them accordingly • Is patient and able to communicate effectively with the classroom teacher
