I'm delighted to be partnering a UK-wide organisation who are looking for an interim HR Business Partner for a 12 month period.
My client is a large not-for-profit organisation. The role will be predominately based from home with the expectation of travelling to their main offices, Bradford, Birmingham and London on occasion.
The key focus of this role is to act as true business partner and critical friend to the to the Property and Health & Safety side of the business, where you will need to lead of Employee Relations and organisational change, along with the full generalist duties.
The ideal candidate will be available to start in November and be an experienced HR Business Partner who can hit the ground running.
Any experience of working in Property & Health Safety would be ideal!
£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience + benefits
