School Partnerships Manager£31kPermanentEast Region / Home BasedWe're working with Ambition Institute, an education charity championing social justice and equality in schools to find a talented School Partnerships Manager to work in the East region. Ambition Institute runs a suite of fantastic training programmes, designed to support teachers to improve outcomes for pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. Within this varied role, you will be responsible for several key accounts and maintain meaningful, effective relationships with schools, leaders and local authorities. Central to this work is the facilitation of meetings (mostly online at present) to school leaders and regional influences in the local educational landscape. You'll manage key school accounts and relationships to understand their training needs and connect them with delivery team. You will also follow up post-training, ensuring you keep them informed of future developments and opportunities. Exceptional communication skills are a must. Able to adapt communication skills and presentations to different audiences. A natural influencer and motivator who builds exceptional relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally. This role would suit a relationship expert with transferable skills from charity, education or business account management.
