Exciting Senior Individual Giving Manager working at a leading children's health charity as they go through an exciting period of growth.Working as their Senior Individual Giving Manager you will lead a team has a broad profile of responsibility which includes committed giving, legacy marketing, supporter care and data marketing. This role sits within the Committed Giving side and represents the top income area of the department. They have a new 10 year strategy in place with a key focus on driving sustained income through regular giving. This post will focus on Direct Dialogue fundraising which is central to achieving this success. Job title: Senior IG Manager - Acquisition Charity: Health charitySalary: £43,000 to £46,500Location: London office with home working * Support with the development of the annual strategic and operational plans* Support with the creation of multi-channel programme* You will continually analyse results of all campaign activity, using this data to test and innovate future activity* You will lead the team in campaign delivery* Line manages the team and build resources to support their personal development You will demonstrate experience and knowledge within direct marketing, specifically acquisition, being able to deliver through a range of channels. Experienced in development and implementing a fundraising strategy, with the ability to use campaign results to support in revising strategy. Experience of working with agencies, building relationships with them to ensure optimal performance is delivered.
