We have kept our team of experienced recruiters in place and we're feeling confident about the future. As part of our newly developed strategy, we have created a new role for someone to lead our planned entry into the US fundraising market. We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Director to lead this, someone who enjoys news business and is commercially aware. You will be passionate about outstanding recruitment and the part in can play in supporting an impactful non-profit sector. You will be given your own Profit and Loss account to develop a successful, values driven entity with access to Charity People's support functions.At Charity People, we see the big picture, we're not interested in quick wins instead we pride ourselves on delivering impactful recruitment; supporting with hires that can change the world. We're a grown-up recruitment company that is open to considering any and all flexible working requests. Initially we envisage this role being based in the UK, working on US (east coast) hours, however we anticipate opening a new office on the East Coast of USA in 2022 which you will lead.About you:We are looking for someone who either has a track record in building a successful recruitment division OR has led significant fundraising teams with evidence of growing both income and teams. You will be a true team player who is values-driven, naturally inquisitive and a natural relationship builder. You'll be comfortable and experienced working in a targeted environment.
