The Assistant Brand Manager role involves the following responsibilities
  • Deliver an end-to-end product and brand solutions for target consumers that is locally nuanced by market
  • Lead project network with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Lead set up of consumer research with CMI in alignment with objectives
  • Co-lead handover process to Brand Activation/Engagement team
  • Support the SBM with internal process management and presentations
  • Regular contact with local marketing to align on key discussion points for implementation of innovation and brand projects.


The candidate that secures this position will be able to evidence the following skills and attributes:
  • Track record in international Brand Development with significant work on innovation development and delivery in the Beauty or Personal Care sectors
  • Engagement of international local marketing teams
  • Working with cross-functional teams
  • Partnering with 3rd Party Agencies.
  • Budget management
  • Problem-solver, able to drive the way forward
  • Strong use of consumer and brand insights to inform NPD.
  • You need to be available within 4 weeks of an offer
