As a Home Manager at John Joseph Powell you'll value kindness above all because it drives every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Leading, motivating and mentoring your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home. Carrying out assessments, developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our Residents. Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation. Generally promoting our Residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement

Conveniently situated in a quiet, residential area close to the centre of Prescot in Merseyside, John Joseph Powell is a friendly, purpose-built care home with 45 beds, offering nursing care.

About You

We are looking for a resilient Clinical home manager who is passionate about improving the quality of life for our Residents and to create the best working environment for our Colleagues.

You will have the ability to lead, motivate and develop the team whilst ensuring the quality of care is always to the highest standard.
