We are looking for a Supplier Manager to join our commercial team with specific responsibility within the food vertical in the EMEA region. You will be targeted to enhance strategic market share positions through key supplier relationships to deliver double-digit gross profit growth.

What you’ll deliver day-to-day:
+ Continuously monitor market share by mapping suppliers and competitor’s activity
+ Negotiate supplier conditions including purchase price, delivery, payment terms and other relevant environments.
+ Drive structural gross profit growth
+ Price Management – drive tactical pricing and communication with sales
+ Manage opportunity pipeline and maintain all key supplier projects whilst ensuring key products and suppliers are clearly managed and targeted.
+ Ensure correct product documentation
+ Drive Inbound Supplier service performance improvements.
+ Optimize Working Capital
You will have previous experience of working in a sales or commercial role, alongside a minimum of 3 years spent working within the food sector.
It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, organised, a strong communicator and possess excellent IT skills.
You will have proven commercial judgment, attention to detail, the ability to work with multiple systems including SAP, SalesForce.com and Q, and be able to work alone when required. You should strive for excellence in customer service and in the accuracy of information.
