Do you want to play a key role in the next phase of Middlesex University's development, supporting the launch of its new 'Knowledge into Action' 2031 strategy?

We have the ambition to be sector-leading in our evidence-based approaches to decision-making and are building a new Strategy and Insight team to deliver analysis, business intelligence and market research to support and guide our strategic planning. The team will work in a collaborative way, bringing together expertise in diverse methodologies, and different focuses on our internal data and performance, as well as the external and competitor environment. A core part of this team, the Business Insights and Analytics Manager will be critical in leading on the development of our analytics function, and ensuring data-driven support to our Faculties and Professional Service departments.

To be part of this exciting development, you'll be passionate about business intelligence and thrive on translating business objectives into data-led queries. You'll be an expert in data visualisation and Tableau, and love turning numbers and data into insights for audiences of all types.

In return, Middlesex will offer you an opportunity to develop and drive a future-thinking BI framework and strategy, and lead a newly formed analytics team to support innovation in this field. You will be part of Middlesex University's strong community of professionals, who you will both help guide and will learn from.
