Employment Law Team: Partner and Senior Associate
As part of a larger law firm, we offer our clients an integrated service working with our property, employment, litigation, commercial and private client specialists to provide a rounded client experience.
We work with some impressive companies who instruct us on a wide range of high-quality employment work. Our lawyers mainly help corporates, owner managed/family businesses, entrepreneurs, SMEs and senior/board level employees in a range of sectors including education (advising several independent schools) and healthcare (mainly care homes) in Hertfordshire and London.
We advise employers (working with their owners, directors, HR teams or General Counsel) and employees (particularly at senior/board level), helping them to navigate the complexities of employment law. Our main areas of focus are:
+ Disciplinaries and grievances
+ Redundancy and restructuring
+ Employment Tribunal representation
+ Settlement agreements
+ Restrictive covenants and data theft.
The Junior / Associate Solicitor / Lawyer Role:
Sitting within our successful and ambitious employment team, we are actively looking to expand the team with the recruitment of a junior employment lawyer to help manage the increasing workload and maintain client service.
We are looking for a lawyer with a strong technical background who is confident working on complex employment matters and able to provide high levels of client service.
Although we are a small team, we have ambitious growth plans over the next three years aiming to increase the team and turnover by 60%.

+ A can-do, motivated and positive attitude.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
