Our prestigious UK law firm client is currently looking for a Post-Completions Assistant to join their Residential property team on a permanent basis, this role will focus on drafting SDLT returns, submitting SDLT and payments, HMLR applications and NHBC activation. The core hours for this role will be 9.30am - 5.30pm and this role will be paying up to £26,000 depending on experience.
Key duties will include but will not be limited to general administrative support to team, photocopying and scanning, updating and organising Excel spread sheets, drafting SDLT returns, submitting SDLT and payments, HMLR applications and NHBC activation, printing, filing and labelling, acknowledging receipt of documents and post, working to set timescales and deadlines, ensuring the clients' needs and expectations are met and managed at all times, maintaining accurate data on Prescient system in relation to client matters, liaising with clients by telephone and in writing, offering clear and concise information, writing letters and emails to clients confirming registration and providing updated financial statements, sending documents to clients or Bank post completion, closing and Archiving Files.
Candidates must have experience of post completion residential property matter and worked in a similar position within a professional service or law firm environment.
