This is 12-month fixed-term contract for a highly reputable Professional Services organisation as they look to hire a Team Assistant.

Client Details

Our client is a highly reputable Professional Services organisation in Birmingham.


As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • File opening and closing
  • Archiving and deeds scheduling
  • Photocopying, printing and scanning
  • Hard copy filing
  • Reorganising filing cabinets
  • Maintaining intranet and extranet sites to include uploading and downloading documents, reporting and organisation of files within the sites
  • Completing finance tasks
  • Land Registry tasks
  • Delivering and collecting time sensitive work including quality check controls
  • File preparation, including indexing and bible creation
  • Arranging couriers
  • Maintaining client contacts on Share Database (incl. adding and amending)
  • Working collaboratively with other Team Assistants and support teams


The successful Team Assistant will:
  • Demonstrate confidence in own ability and anticipates what is needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to use initiative
  • Develops good working relationships within the team
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Be able to manage own workload

Job Offer

The role is a 12 month fixed-term contract paying £19,000 - £20,000.
