We are working with an FE provider in Staffordshire who are looking for an experienced individual who has a thorough understanding of the requirements of an Apprenticeship Programme, is educated to at least Level 4 or above, and with substantial experience of improving outcomes for Apprentices. The post holder will be responsible for operational management, income targets, and quality assurance of the end-to-end delivery of apprenticeships ensuring that robust quality assurance and improvement systems are in place at each stage of the employer and apprentice journey.
Directly responsible for the robust tracking of apprenticeship progress using an e-portfolio system, the post holder will ensure apprenticeship progress is accurately recorded and that timely interventions are put in place and actioned to bring apprentices back on track if required.
The post holder will oversee gateway preparation and end point assessment practices to ensure the best possible learning experience for apprentices along with high-quality outcomes. The Business Manager role includes line management for a designated group of staff within the apprenticeship faculty to ensure high levels of performance and continuous professional development. Experience of delivering to one or more of the following areas is essential - Business, Management, ICT, Accounts, or Functional Skills.
