Senitor Associates has an outstanding opportunity for a Provisioning Engineer to join a technology focused business based in Bradford. Working in the Support/Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to both internal users and external customers plus system support on the portfolio of all technical solutions provided by the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To provide technical support on all technical solutions supported by the business alongside communicating with users efficiently and effectively via email, remote access or by the telephone
Offering exemplary customer service and maintaining customer relationships
Provisioning a section of the clients products for existing and new customers, including broadband solutions, routers (Cisco, Draytek), creating and maintaining user accounts, software solutions and mobile technologies
Monitor and action tickets received into the Provisioning department
Coordinate the installation and delivery of services and products
Ensure hardware is configured and delivered within agreed service time-frames

Experience Required:

Working with a variety of hardware
Working in a Service Desk or similar environment
Managing/Provisioning (includes MACD; move, add, change & delete etc) various different tech and software
Previous experience within a Provisioning environment (1 year minimum)
Experience within a Telecommunications environment (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain technical terms to non-technical users
