KS2 Teacher Swindon
Hays Education, the leading recruitment experts are looking for qualified teachers interested in primary supply teaching jobs in Marlborough. We require primary teachers throughout the area for both emergency supply cover and long-term cover for our partnership schools. The first half of the year has been increasingly busy especially with the upper key stage classes, due to this and the demanding period coming up we are looking for KS2 primary teachers to take up the multiple positions we have available immediately. These ad hoc, supply placements can often lead to permanent positions.
Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and teaching style. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments. As a Hays Education Teacher you will be able to work in a variety of schools, from small mixed form village schools to multiple form entry large schools.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a Primary Supply Teacher you will need to have UK Qualified Teacher Status, or be looking to complete your induction year. You will also need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last five years and be up to date with recent curriculum changes. You will need to be a creative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to TAs and other people in the school.
