Our client based in Windsor is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their successful finance team. This is an entry level role and requires no direct experience as full training will be given along with the opportunity to study a professional accounting qualification AAT/ACCA.

The Accounts Assistant position reports directly into the Finance Manager being involved with many finance tasks within the team.

  • Processing invoices
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing credit cards and expense claims
  • Answer supplier queries via phone and email
  • Maintain and set up new supplier details
  • Processing weekly payment runs
  • Ad hoc finance duties supporting the wider finance team

Candidate profile
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good verbal & written communication skills

Salary - £19,000 + study support + excellent company benefits
