Atkinson Moss is delighted to be supporting a fantastic business based near Swaffham as they look to recruit a new Finance Administration Assistant to their growing team. Working closely with a number of departments and supporting the Finance Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Inputting invoices and chasing Invoice approvals
  • Preparing and sending customer statements
  • Assisting with company banking, credit card statement and staff wages
  • Analysing and inputting data
  • General administration including assisting with H&S and HR administration
  • Assisting within other departments as required

The ideal candidate will be accomplished in transactional accounting and a proficient Excel user. Other key skills to include:
  • Strong communication skills - interpersonal and written
  • Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office & stock systems
  • Ability to quickly develop a high level of rapport with our suppliers
  • Excellent accuracy
  • Ability to work in a structured / process driven manner essential
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
