This is an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Finance Business Partner wanting to gain more exposure to the commercial aspects of finance and work closely with Head of Finance and budgets holders.


As the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for:
  • Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identify trends and challenge the business on performance
  • Partnering with other key areas of the business providing meaningful MI for use in financial reporting and forecasting
  • Prepare and present monthly management information packs including budgets, forecasts and financial plans
  • Work with senior stakeholders to develop annual business plans, including appropriate performance targets and metrics
  • Continually develop site KPI reporting, providing information and support to meet targets and improve performance
  • Assist the Head of Finance and Financial Controller with the production new projects
  • Supervision and guidance to the other members of the Finance function


To be successful as the Finance Business Partner you will be:
  • Previous experience of working in a commercially focus Finance Business Partner role
  • A solid understanding of financial reporting and forecasting
  • Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
