My client is looking to recruit for an insurance processing assistant to join their successful, growing company in Telford. The insurance processing assistant's work together with the UK's leading providers to offer competitive products that best suits the customer's needs. The ideal candidate will be looking for a career that offers growth within an exciting new opportunity and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service


The role

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls in order to process and manage their insurance
  • Calculating, negotiating and delivering premiums and agreeing payment methods
  • You will ensure the smooth running of the business, answering calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Cross selling and upselling policies
  • Process correspondence and ensure all workflow is completed effectively


Essential criteria
  • Previous experience in customer service required from any sector, to include retail, hospitality or commercial industry
  • Candidates who are looking to pursue a career and looking for progression preferred
  • Engaging personal communication style
  • Can build positive relationships with all customers
  • Work effectively and in an organised manner both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen to the requirements of clients and identify and match their needs
  • Have a positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach
