Venn Group - Business Analyst - Finance Agile Change (VP)
Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst - Finance Agile Change VP on behalf of a global bank based in London.
The purpose of this role of the role is to prioritise and manage delivery of Finance change for an MIS System acting as a bridge between Finance and IT stakeholders, contribute to the optimisation of the Agile change delivery TOM, and increase bandwidth for projects and other initiatives through project management.
Key tasks include; managing / supporting Finance (and wider business) change, system testing, data analysis, MI system training / documentation and working with stakeholders from across the Bank within EMEA region.
The candidate should have prior experience managing the end-to-end Finance sprint planning activities and coordination / hand off to IT and business stakeholders. They will also be required to document finance processes, embed and optimise the agile delivery process, manage the UAT test script process and produce technical documentation and other MIS system end user materials as required.
It is essential that the candidate has strong knowledge of Microsoft products, some exposure to basic accounting procedures, e.g. reconciliation of accounts or completeness checks, and previous experience of Agile change and write agile user stories.
It would also be advantageous to have a working knowledge and experience of Access databases, data analysis or modelling, experience using Azure, DevOps or Jira and experience using MS SQL Developer, Toad or Similar
The candidate must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will have a should take a proactive approach to managing project delivery and acting as a communication bridge across project and IT teams.
