To help us deliver our strategy and make a real difference, we are looking to recruit talented people to a number of new roles.Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the role will deliver engaging content across our owned social media accounts, including for priority campaigns and products Key responsibilities will include:Works as part of a team to deliver the Stroke Association's social media presence, engaging core customers and those who influence them to receive support or give support to our causeTo produce and oversee social media delivery that meets KPIs identified in comms briefs.To share updates on overall/campaign specific performance with key stakeholdersDelivery of social media management processes including social media inbox monitoring, including some out-of-hours.
