To help us deliver our strategy and make a real difference, we are looking to recruit talented people to a number of new roles.Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the role will deliver engaging content across our owned social media accounts, including for priority campaigns and products Key responsibilities will include:Works as part of a team to deliver the Stroke Association's social media presence, engaging core customers and those who influence them to receive support or give support to our causeTo produce and oversee social media delivery that meets KPIs identified in comms briefs.To share updates on overall/campaign specific performance with key stakeholdersDelivery of social media management processes including social media inbox monitoring, including some out-of-hours. About you: You will have experience of:Planning, executing and monitoring social media plans against identified briefs and overarching objectives, to deliver strategic communications objectives and to promote specific campaignsSocial media scheduling and listening tools and a good understanding of how content can mobilise a public audience to support a cause by donating, fundraising, and campaigningAbility to monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, providing perspective for adoption where appropriateUnderstanding of the principles of crisis and reputation management on social media To fulfil the role, you must abode and have the right to work in the U.K Please submit your CV and a covering letter of no more than two pages demonstrating how you meet the person specification and what you bring to the role in terms of your skills and experience.
