Our client, a European leading debt/ credit fund, is currently looking to hire a Compliance Associate to join their London based team to provide a generalist compliance support to the fund. The fund, which to date has invested over $10 billion across a varied portfolio, is currently going through a growth phase and have a fundraise planned for the near future - making it an exciting time to join!
Within the role, you will immediately be afforded plenty of responsibility whilst working closely with the funds experienced Head of Compliance. On the day to day, you will be covering a broad range of compliance-based tasks across both the investment and business side. This is a newly created role within the fund and is a fantastic opportunity for a compliance professional with experience within the investment banking, investment management or compliance consulting sector to really make an impact and grow their career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Day to day responsibility for the KYC / AML processes
  • Assist and manage the compliance monitoring activities across the fund
  • Assist with the preparation of management reports, including compliance, MLRO and risk assessments
  • Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings
  • Monitoring regulatory changes which impact the firm
  • Assist with the approvals and oversight of the maintenance and accuracy compliance registers
  • Perform ad-hoc departmental administrative tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Relevant experience within the investment banking, investment management or compliance consulting sector
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
