JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ PQE
As an Employment lawyer you will be working on the full spectrum of employment law matters. The appointed Employment Lawyer will be expected to advise employers and employees on a range of employment matters including both contentious and non-contentious matters. Ideal Employment Lawyers will have experience of advising on unfair dismissal claims, TUPE transfers, settlement agreements, contractual issues and business redundancies. You will be actively contributing to the employment team's business development work for instance through attending external networking events and socials.
We are looking for talented and ambitious employment solicitors or legal executives with at least two years PQE. Candidates must be hard working with the ability to manage their own busy workload with minimal supervision. We expect candidates to have a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and to be proficient at business development.
