Your main duties as will be to assist Survey Managers with clients' housing asset management database systems, including the validation and analysis of data captured by stock condition estimators. You will assist with the allocation of programmes of work and the co-ordination of resources on projects.

Duties for the Assistant Survey Manager role:
  • Maintaining property asset data, including property condition, maintenance or replacement/upgrade dates
  • Accurately updating the property condition database to ensure stock condition surveys are carried out on time
  • Using advanced excel to cleanse, unify and transform collected data
  • Querying the databases to create reports for system for senior management
  • Working with the senior managers to interrogate/scrutinize data to identify properties for future options appraisal, based on the relevant asset data
  • Participating in projects to increase awareness of asset management and adoption strategic asset data principles across the business

Key Skills and Requirements for the Assistant Survey Manager:

You must possess exemplary IT skills and able to work independently using your own initiative as well as being part of a team. You'll need to have great attention to detail and be focused on adding value to the team's outputs.
