A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious private school foundation as their HR Manager. If you are working in an HR Advisory capacity and are looking for that next step, this could be the perfect role for you.
You will need to be able to work independently as this is a stand alone HR position, reporting to senior management. A comprehensive understanding of employment law is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Duties will include:
- Staff recruitment, adhering to school policy and legal regulations
- HR support to staff across all levels, both teaching and non-academic
- Provide clear advice to senior management on a wide range of HR related issues, including employment law and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain the Central Appointments Registers for both schools in the foundation
- Monitor DBS checks
