Our client is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide 1st/ 2nd line support. The Technical Support Technician will be be responsible for Supporting Networks and Hardware issues as well as troubleshooting Windows and O365 issues.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Support
  • Deal with issues and queries
  • Answering calls from the public
  • Dealing with technical support issues
  • 1st & 2nd Line issues, then relaying them to 2nd line

Key Experience of the Technical Support
  • Proven experience in First Line Support role
  • Technical Support Experience
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Excellent Telephone skills
