The Support Team is the first line of support for our customers when they have a system issue and is a vital role in the clients ability to provide exceptional Customer Service at all times.

Description

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be the first for our US customers, putting them at ease whilst taking enquiries, assisting and navigating our software.

Customer Service Technician Overview

• To provide software support for our US Customers

• To be clear and concise in all communication, phone and email

• To be customer service focused

• To be a leader in inspiring confidence in our products

Please note before apply * This role operates on sets of shift patterns:

Evenings - 2:30pm - 11pm

Nights - 11pm - 6:30am

Profile

Skills/ Qualification requirements of a Customer Service Technician (Macclesfield)

• Zendesk experience

• English and Spanish Speaking (spanish speaking preferred but not essential)

• Microsoft Office Expereince

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
