They are continually expanding their reach and therefore their Support Team is growing to accommodate new customers. The Support Team is the first line of support for our customers when they have a system issue and is a vital role in the clients ability to provide exceptional Customer Service at all times.

Description

Support Agent Overview

• To provide software support for UK Customers

• To have a great knowledge in products; to be able to distinguish between user or system related issues

• To handle or re-assign queries as appropriate

• To regularly update the customer on their case

• To achieve Service Level Agreements at all times

• Primary responder to incoming calls, creating an excellent first impression by being helpful and providing a speedy resolution

• To be customer services focused

• To build strong working relationships

Profile

Skills/ Qualification requirements of a Support Agent (Macclesfield)

• Zendesk experience

• Microsoft Office Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• ITIL Background preferred

Please note before apply * This role operates on 3 sets of shift patterns:

Mornings -8am - 4:30pm

Evenings - 2:30pm - 11pm

Nights - 11pm - 6:30am

You will work a 1 in 8 loop for the evening/night shift unless you request to have this as your preferred shift pattern.
