We are currently looking for Technical minded Support Advisor for a Tech company based in Worcester.

The role will be working in a busy contact centre providing telephone support to customers. It will involve answering a wide range of enquiries, providing technical support on their products and services, assisting with technical issues that customers might have.

Through providing technical support you may also identify areas that a customer would benefit from an upgraded product or service.

The company are one of the UK's largest technology companies in their field offering a variety of products and services, therefore you will be expected to keep up to date with new technologies and product offering so that you can best assist the customers. Being a technology company it would be great if you did have a good knowledge and understanding of web technologies such as websites, hosting and email set up, or have previous experience in an IT support environment - however, all training is provided so a strong interest in the subject would also be useful.

Full training and support are given with this position, but we are looking for well-presented individuals with an excellent telephone manor who has excellent customer service skills. You will be using a call logging system and be expected to follow through on all problems or issues through to resolution, therefore the ability to pick up new technologies and use computers is essential in addition to good organisational skills.
