Pay:£200 - £250 per day (dependent on experience) and the role sits inside of IR35. There is a strong chance this role may become permanent.

Location: Remote with occasional London meetings

Working hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm

Kenny Recruit are delighted to be supporting a UK charity who are doing excellent work for those less fortunate. We are seeking a temporary Head of Finance, with charity experience, who can help steer this charity through their statutory accounting period. You must be well versed in assisting with audit.

You will work very closely with the Senior Management Team, providing financial support and insight as well as advising on the strategic direction of the organisation.

The main aim of this role will be to have the statutory accounting pack completed by 31st December, working closely alongside the external Auditors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in charity financial management, with meticulous attention to detail and keen analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial reporting
  • Preparing monthly management accounts, aged debtor and creditor reports, analytical reports on budget performance, and cash flow forecasts for the CEO, Treasurer, and Board of Trustees
  • Preparing any additional reports required by the Board of Trustees and its sub-committees
  • Producing and submitting financial reports to funders
  • Annual statutory accounts, guaranteeing compliance with SORP requirements, liaising with external auditors/examiners and preparing documents for their inspection
  • Ensure that company meets all financial reporting obligations
  • Reporting any challenges, concerns, and opportunities to the CEO and Treasurer

Desired Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of SORP, charity law and VAT
  • A professional accounting qualification and/or equivalent finance experience
  • Experience in charity financial management and a good understanding of the environment in which charities operate
  • Experience of using QuickBooks

Kenny Recruit are supporting an automotive/technology business in their search for an ambitious and energetic individual to help build out their current sales pipeline and expand clientèle, in what is an exciting growth area in automotive. Our client are going through a super exciting stage of growth and therefore, you must be someone who wants to grow and who is motivated by hard work and hitting targets.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with current and perspective clients. Automotive industry experience would be ideal but is not a must, other relevant industry experience would include; insurance, auto- finance, marketplace, technology etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and prospects
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Lead and manage all pipelines on Hubspot CRM and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks
  • Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts
  • Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes.
  • Build the sales team by developing entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Working with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams

Desired Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot,Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
