An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a thriving and supportive law firm in their Nottinghamshire office.

You will join a successful commercial property team which is a well-established department in a firm with a substantial client base which provide regular high-quality instructions. The caseload will be a typical commercial property with a focus on commercial leases and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.

You will benefit from the guidance of seniors within the firm who are eager to help individuals in their personal development and career progression, aswell as having the additional support of two legal assistants and one secretary.

The firm are paying a highly competitive salary which is negotiable and dependent on experience, therefore individuals are encouraged to apply and discuss their individual needs. The firm also offer a hybrid of remote and office working once estalished.

The essential and desirable candidate criteria are outlined below:

Essential
  • Experience handling a busy caseload of commercial property matters
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive

Desirable
  • 1 to 6 years' PQE
  • Excellent client facing skills
