Accounts Payable Assistant | TV & Film Industry | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a global Media & Entertainment company, who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant.

The Company

The business is a major organisation in the Television & Film industry. They are a global company with major footholds across the world. The culture is renowned for being sociable, non-corporate and dynamic, with a superbly modern physical workspace. Working as a key member of the Payments team, you will be working alongside a supportive and growing team.

The Role

As the Accounts Payable Assistant you will report directly into the Accounts Payable Manager, a renowned manager in the business for their approach to professional development. They will be on hand to provide any training and support necessary.

This is the ideal role for someone looking for a career in finance within the creative industries!

The Duties:

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Processing invoices.
  • Uploading payment files to banking systems.
  • Reconciliation of supplier payments.
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Posting journals.
  • Processing expenses claims.
  • Ad-hoc duties to support the Accounts Payable Manager.


What we need to see (essential):
  • A love for TV & Film!
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Some finance experience
  • Strong Excel skills


What we'd like to see (bonus):
  • Accounts Payable experience


Salary: £22,500 - £27,500

Start Date: ASAP
