Our client, an exciting niche contracting business requires the services of quality assurance manager professional to support their growing business. Based in the North West, this business has successfully delivered work to key establishments and has secured a major pipeline of future work. The client operates in the telecommunication and surveillance sectors and supports many private and public sector clients. They have a small manufacturing facility on-site next to their HQ office.

This role will require someone to be based in the office approximately 2 days per week near Lancaster, the rest of the time will be remote working.

The business is accredited in ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 and requires someone to initially help the team with quality management matters and to develop the quality assurance process.

The successful person will work with the management and engineering teams to log and create documentation for the QM manual. You will need to make changes to the QM manual as projects and project outcomes happen and enable all the necessary documentation to be in order for the yearly ISO audits. When a new process is required, you will develop and drive this process through the business to effect positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate:

Expertise in working in the QM/ QA role or environment.

Be aware of ISO 9001 & ISO 27001.

Experience working with Quality Manuals and Engineering documentation.

You will be an excellent communicator.

Be well versed in MS Excel and MS Word

Demonstrate you are a proactive character.
