Seeking a Account Manager to be part of a market leading stable of IT and Telecoms propositions and over 5000 customers who are serviced by 8 offices throughout the UK.

We are looking for an outstandingly driven, commercially astute, Sales Account Manager in our Mid Market (Corporate) base.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience within B2B IT and / or Telecoms Sales and will have a proven track record of both, developing under-performing accounts and winning significant new logo business.

Being comfortable with all B2B telecoms technology and IT categories, including the Microsoft stack, this candidate would be able to easily audit and assess a company's current infrastructure and create persuasive proposals around migration to new value-added propositions.

Previous experience in IT / Telecoms Sales is a must for a role that has access to all the products, propositions and support to be a rapid contributor.

  • Development of cross-sell within a stable of current, performing our accounts, to generate profitable growth.
  • Develop an ongoing pipeline of new opportunities from within current accounts or from new logo.
  • Coordinate all internal resources necessary for successful proposals / pitches to target customers including Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product and commercial.
  • Be constantly in control of all sales processes especially pipeline / forecasting and CPQ / Proposals / Contracts


The Candidate:
  • At least 5 years' experience in Account Management or New Business Sales within IT and / or B2B Telecoms, most likely with and IT or Telecoms reseller.
  • Strong passion for nurturing sales relationships with customers.
  • Deep experience in the following technologies with the ability to lead a customer pitch as necessary:
  • IT / Microsoft stack, especially Teams, Cyber Security
  • 5G, Mobile, Mobile Device Management and Mobile IOT
  • Advanced connectivity solutions including SD-Wan and MPLS
  • A confident presenter with demonstrable selling skills to customers and also internally to key stakeholders.
  • Able to demonstrate previous sales success
  • Degree level education preferable but not essential


Salary: £40k
