Technical Support Account Manager - 100% Remote - Up to £80,000 + Stock options
My client, an innovative cyber security company currently experiencing a period of hypergrowth are looking for a Technical Support Account Manager. While still pre-IPO, they are growing aggressively and looking to secure their place as market leaders. Based in the US, they are looking to expand their EMEA technical team to support a select group of valuable clients. The role will involve proactive management of accounts, providing high levels of technical support within their infrastructure. You will also act as a liaison with a number of teams within the business to ensure the ongoing improvement of the product and to ensure the highest levels of performance for each client. This role is highly technical, hands-on but will require an element of planning and strategic work to best assist the client.
We are looking for a confident individual with not only a deep technical understanding but a passion for customer service and relationship building. You must be competent in root cause analysis and investigative work.
This role will require you to go through the SC clearance process if successful.
Required from you;
-Experience in a technical support role for large-scale customers
-Deep understanding of implementations, security and development projects
-Strong experience with Windows Server to a kernel level
-Experience with Linux and SQL Server
-Active Directory and VMWare experience
-Experience of managing fast-changing situations with multiple parallel workstreams
-Strong general understanding of configuration management tools.
