Xiaomi is now aggressively expanding across Global, and extending its Product Portfolio into 5G smartphone devices and AIoT devices. This expansion has created an opportunity for an energetic and talented technical manager, interested in helping Xiaomi continue its growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:
  • Based in the local country or region market , you will serve as a key member of the technical support team in helping to launch new devices;
  • Lead communication with carriers, distributors for their requirements, schedule,work closely with R&D and TAM in headquarter to ensure products get Technical Approval for selling;
  • Execute self-Testing for each software release before delivery to customers.
  • Be responsible for laboratory testing, new technology testing like 5G NSN,SA,VoNR,mmWave etc.
  • Analyse logs, submit defects in JIRA system , and work with R&D team (such as BSP,Telephony,Radio,protocol) and other cross functional teams on identifying and verifying issues.
  • Organize and lead the technical workshop communication for operators, to acquire new technology and evolution direction of operators' network;Assist with product and development feedback.

Required Experience:
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunication Engineering. M.S. preferred.
  • Familiar with carrier technical acceptance process and good relationship with carriers;
  • At lease 3 years of relevant work experience, Be able to independent work,proactive;
  • Knowledge of IMS (VoLTE,VoWiFi) and new technology like 5G NSA,SA,VoNR,mmWave;
  • Good RF & OTA fundamentals knowledge and understanding along with practical experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Qualcomm/MTK tools (QXDM,QPST,ELT) .
  • Good English spoken and written communication required.
  • Mandarin language skill is a bonus, but not required

1. 作为运营商技术接口,持续为客户提供专业的手机和非手机类产品支持服务;

2. 与产品,项目,研发,销售,质量,互联网等部门紧密协作,保障项目需求实现并按时TA交付;

3. 分析,拆解,维护需求库,确保需求库更新的正确性,可读性和及时性;

4. 组织并主导运营商客户的技术workshop交流,拉通集团相关部门进行材料准备和宣讲;

5. 获取海外运营商网络新技术以及演进方向;协助产品和研发提供反馈,识别潜在的新功能,新技术;

6.及时识别项目风险,评估风险影响,制定应对方案,向重要干系人汇报,跟踪推进风险解决;

7.跟踪客户反馈的问题及时高效解决;负责技术专项实施与落地;

8.根据项目需要,出差海外与运营商客户技术交流,onsite支持,维护客户关系;

9.负责对区域技术支持进行管理,任务安排,并跟踪任务达成目标;

任职要求:

1.重点大学本科或本科以上学历,通信,计算机或相关专业;有海外留学经历优先;

2.熟练的英语听说读写能力,日语,俄语,西语等小语种优先;

3.3年以上手机行业相关经验,熟悉通讯协议,IMS/5G NSA/SA等知识;有Modem开发经验或者硬件射频知识优先;

4.掌握常用的工具使用(如高通,MTK,JIRA 等)

5.具有一定的项目管理经验,过程管理意识,数据分析能力;

6.有自驱力,团队协作能力;良好的沟通能力;抗压能力强;
