Reporting to the Director we are looking for an Office/Finance Manager to be based in Middlesbrough.
Duties include but not limited to;
- General administration
- Dealing with phone calls and e-mails
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Must have experience of Sage Accounts and Microsoft products
- VAT Returns
- Management Accounts
- Must be organised and able to manage their own time efficiently
- Must be friendly and prepared to deal with the public
- Must have a valid driving licence and their own transport, as travel to other sites will be required
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- A strong attention to detail
- Be AAT Qualified or equivalent
Salary £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
Hours of work are 40 hours per week, but must be flexible. The majority being 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday, but some weekend work in the summer is required.
