The starting salary for this role is £53,018 per annum and is based on a 36 working hour week based at home.

The Surrey IT & Digital Strategy and Engagement team is looking to recruit a User Researcher to join a team of Digital, Agile and Engagement professionals.
Our User Researchers plan, design, and carry out research activities with users that help Surrey County Council get a deep understanding of the people that use our services. This research informs policy, proposition, service, content, and interaction design so that services work well for users.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and responsible for planning and carrying out user research activities, which contribute to successful service delivery. You will help to develop user-centred practices and use research activities to inform service design. Drawing on a wide range of methods to collect, analyse user data, and synthesis findings.
We're looking for people who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and able to build strong relationships at all levels.
