We are an award-winning, proudly independent software company which designs and develops a software solution for law firms. The software is based on a SaaS model with a monthly fee for each user license, along with training and support services. Already the software of choice for hundreds of UK law firms, it is our aim to further expand our user base by promoting and selling our software to more law firms throughout the UK and Ireland.
Our SaaS platform also offers law firms with a Legal Accounting module. Law accounting differs from standard accounting; firms need to handle client money entirely separately to their office account, record disbursements against clients, record time and costs for work done and produce correct bills, all whilst ensuring they are abiding by the rules and regulations stipulated by government and other bodies such as the Law Society or SRA.
Our accounting functionality is designed to help process transactions quickly and easily whilst saving clients and minimising the risk of errors.
In addition to the accounting module, there are other modules such as case management and workflows that the specialist will be able to get their teeth into also.
Where you come in:
Underpinning our legal accounting module is our fabulous Support and Training Team and, due to continued demand for our product, we are currently hiring.
Reporting to our Support and Training Team Leader,The Software Support & Training Specialist is a pivotal role within the Professional Services department, providing training on all of our product ranges to our new and existing clients, along with supporting our clients with any issues or queries they may have.
You'll be customer-facing, and using your expertise on our products (which we'll teach you) you’ll passionately support our customers ensuring they get the best out of our tools and we remain at the forefront of our industry. Your role will span software support, training, migration and onboarding.
+ Extensive accounts knowledge, with the ability to train and relate to our clients on their queries relating to the accounts side of the software.
+ Excellent training and Microsoft Office Skills.
+ An understanding of legal practices and case management software.
+ Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with our clients.
+ Strong training skills, from mentoring through to classroom training.
+ High levels of computer literacy, especially with software.
+ Experience of Legal Accounts and knowledge of the SRA (Solicitors’ Regulation Authority) Accounts Rules
+ Excellent training and Microsoft Office Skills
+ AAT qualified part 1 and/working towards part 2
+ Helpdesk experience
