Teaching Assistant needed Immediately for Wirral Based Primary School - Long term position until Summer 2022.

This school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join their team. Located in Wirral, you will be joining a 2-form entry school with a community environment. You will be expected to have passion, positivity and dedication to ensure you keep to the school's high standards of teaching. This role is long term covering a planned absence with the opportunity to become permanent.
Your new role
This role will be to assist the class teacher in a reception class helping the students with EYFS transition. You will be required to have strong understanding of the national curriculum and previous experience with SEN pupils would be desirable. You will be required to build on rapport with the pupils in order to keep updated with the child's progress.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to hold relevant teaching assistant qualifications or recent experience. Having an in depth understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum and good behaviour management skills is an essential. You must be able to challenge and encourage the pupils to achieve their best and be a caring individual who is prepared to go the extra mile.
In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
