One of the UK's leading Housing Associations is currently seeking a Perfromance Framework Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes
  • Coordinate and support the setting and annual review of strategic measures and key performance indicators with the Board, Executive team and senior leads
  • Work with senior leads across the organisation to deliver a clear path from KPI's through operational management information
  • Liaise with the business intelligence and data teams to ensure appropriate data is collected and reported through relevant tools
  • Develop balanced scorecards for all departments, linking from strategic measures to key performance indicators
  • Provide a quality review for all performance management reports at all levels across the organisation, ensuring relevant performance commentary is provided and appropriate remedial actions are in place for areas of poor performance
  • Deliver quality assurance across key performance indicators and management information, understanding and documenting the path from a business process through to a performance figure
  • Provide effective liaison between business leads and the Business intelligence and data teams, ensuring the business needs and data reconcile to create an accurate performance report

  • Excellent level of understanding across business processes
  • Experience of working in a performance coordination role, delivering assurance for performance
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Relationship management and negation skills
  • Excellent understanding of performance data
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel

Benefits

Salary - 40,000 - 45,000 depending on experience.
