BP Chargemaster provides Electric Vehicle Charging equipment for use in Home, Workplace and Public environments.
We own and operate the UK's largest charging network and have over 40,000 home chargers installed in domestic properties.
As a UX Researcher you will research customer experience to define stakeholder requirements for new and existing features in areas such as home, public, fleet and workplace charging. This will include System level UX research, analysis and correlation working in close collaboration with the Systems Engineering and product management team.
BP Pulse will play a critical role in supporting BP's ambition to achieve "Net Zero by 2050". We are seeking talented and enthusiastic engineers to make this happen.
· System Level UX research (including brand awareness, content audit, stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, usability studies, online surveys)
· Correlation of system level research (including triangulation, card sorting, affinity diagrams, value curves, empathy mapping, customer journey mapping, persona creation, UX strategy, stakeholder alignment and stakeholder requirements)

· Bachelor of Science or equivalent in the field of science and engineering with 3 years of experience in UX Research.
