Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking for an immediate Personal Assistant to support a leading client within Birmingham City Centre.

You will be providing comprehensive & confidential secretarial support, proactively dealing with enquiries and effectively liaising with external and professional bodies.

You will be:
  • Managing Head of Department's diary, planning and organisation of travel and accommodation as required
  • Arranging meetings and documentation in alignment with the meeting schedule
  • Reconciliation of expenses & processing invoices
  • Control of incoming correspondence and personal communications
  • Note taking and distribution of meeting minutes
  • Build strong networking relationships with Senior Managers and wider PA network to support consistency and best practice

You will need:
  • Previous experience working within Financial Services Sector desirable
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and maintain high standards of work and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong IT Skills in Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Accountable for own actions
  • Professional and credible
  • Confidentiality
  • Numerate
