Finance Business Partner to partner with procurement and HR
Your new company
You will be working for a leading listed real estate management business that has recently gone through an extensive merger. They are looking at recruiting an interim finance business partner to partner with HR and procurement on an initial 6 month basis.
Your new role
You will be the business partner to the Chief of Staff, HR Director and Procurement Director, supporting the transformation plans of the various teams as they integrate the businesses, and deliver synergies. You will be responsible for creating new processes and reports to support the transformation and integration and report on both the total BAU procurement savings per Business Unit and the synergies delivered on a monthly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with extensive experience partnering with cost centres, ideally procurement. You will have great stakeholder engagement and feel comfortable working within a business going through a transformation.
