About this role:
The successful Commercial Manager will be expected to lead on contract management for one (or more) of the organisations most high-profile, complex and strategic contracts. This role is dedicated to the commercial contract management of strategic suppliers which are also high complexity and value. The Commercial Manager will work closely with colleagues within the commercial function to contribute and feed into the category strategies impacted by the contract, and offer insight and best practice across the wider team.Essential Skills:
- Have an in depth understanding of contract law and be proficient in the purpose, composition, interpretation, management and enforcement of complex service agreements / contracts / frameworks
- An understanding of Public Contract Regulations and standard sourcing methodologies
- Proven track record and detailed understanding of contract management processes
Active CTC clearance (or higher) required to be considered.
