We have an exciting opportunity available for an Administrator to join a successful and well-establised business in Redditch. The company operates in most European countries and employs more than 200 people. They have a strong team ethic and are looking for somebody to share their passion in driving the business forward. This is a permanent full time opportunity working within the administration team with a basic salary of £19,500 per annum.

Strong skills with Microsoft based software - Excel in particular - would be very advantageous!

Key responsibilities include:
  • To act as first point of call for any customer queries and direct to the relevant department
  • Management of data errors
  • Working with SAP to set up customer accounts and charge rates
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Providing data analyst support by producing reports
  • To ensure customer invoices go out correctly and on time
  • Maintain and keep up-to-date records, reports and filing as required

The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous Administration experience is essential
  • IT skills, especially strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP would be advantageous
  • Strong accuracy, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
