Salary: From £19,252.00 Per Annum + Enhancements

Full time 37.5 hours

In this role you will be the most Senior Rehabilitation Assistant on the ward, supporting qualified nurses and MDT to deliver exceptional care to our patients. You will take a lead in mentoring junior RA's and the organisation and co-ordination of the day. Knowledge and experience of working with this patient group would be an advantage as you will be a role model to your team, demonstrating a flexible, individual and person centred approach. Safety and therapeutic engagement is the key components of our care delivery focus and should be a key demonstrable ability required for this role. Tallis

As the male admission ward for the Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation. Our purpose is the stabilisation of behaviour and mental state, the assessment of need, early stages of rehabilitation and sign posting to services that will support the patient through their recovery. Our aim is to engage patients in their rehabilitation and deliver exceptional individualised care. You will be a key member of a Multi-disciplinary team working with RAID, Positive Behaviour Support plans and the Neurobehavioral approach, to truly make a difference to our patients lives and family.
