Office Administrator - D&A Recruitment - Sawston

Due to the exponential growth of our company, we are looking to add another office administrator to our vibrant Sawston based recruitment agency.

Reporting into the finance manager you will be an integral part of our weekly payroll process, processing approximately 200 temporary workers (and growing!).

Duties to include
  • Extracting hours from time sheets
  • Generating client cost sheets for authorisation
  • Preparing payroll input for our payroll partners
  • Assisting with the weekly invoicing process
  • Assisting with the purchase ledger
  • Compliance checks on our current CRM
  • Assisting with Credit Control on an ad hoc
  • Answering queries from clients and workers regarding hours
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties


Experience required
  • Full office suite (excel to an intermediate level)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a small team
  • Highly numerate
  • Occasionally will be required to work Bank holiday to meet payroll timescales
  • Full UK driving licence (Head office is based in Sawston with on-site parking)


Hours are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break.

Remuneration and benefits

For the above, the office administrator will receive:
  • Salary of £18,500 - £19,500 depending on experience
