The Student Services Coordinator / Internal Sales Executive Role:
You will assist in the delivering of full occupancy across our nationwide portfolio of purpose-built student accommodation.
Working together with the Student Services Team you will manage the Customer sales cycle from inception through completion, achieving set targets.
+ End to End Sales Service
+ After Sales Service
+ Liaising with Site Teams, Tenants and Guarantors to ensure a smooth booking process is followed
+ Completion of monthly analysis reports
+ Previous experience in a sales or target driven role.
+ Experience within property/ letting / hospitality booking environments is beneficial (but not essential).
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
+ Able to work under pressure.
+ A vibrant people person who will be able to relate to students wanting to study in universities.
+ Being able to converse in Mandarin for our overseas students would be highly beneficial however not essential.
