If you're a driven, proactive and passionate individual, we have an exciting opportunity in our Community Fundraising team as a Community Fundraising Manager.

As Community Fundraising Manager, you will oversee our Community Fundraising activity, evaluating existing activity and developing new opportunities for growth.

You will demonstrate strong leadership to help us establish real growth and will take the lead in evaluating and improving all supporter journeys, drawing on both your own experience and monitoring sector trends to inform our work as well as utilise digital channels and test fundraising products taking learnings from the insight they produce. You will line manage our small Community Fundraising team and will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table.

This role will deliver the Community Fundraising Strategy which forms part of the organisations ambition to substantially increase income from voluntary donations and supporters. You will engage, inspire and collaborate with communities to deliver fundraising initiatives and provide a high standard of face to face support to key individual supporters to secure and increase levels of support. Development of our community fundraising groups programme is a key focus for this role.

This role is a six month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

This role is based at our headquarters in Godmanchester, with regular travel. Flexibility to partly work remotely is available and with great benefits. Access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel is essential.

The salary for this position is £30,311 - £33,679 (depending upon experience)
